Product Description
Latin Name: Carthamus tinctorius

Active Components:

Linoleic Acid (Omega 6): Known for supporting the skin barrier and providing moisturizing benefits.

Oleic Acid (Omega 9): Helps soften the skin and improve elasticity.

Vitamin E: A powerful antioxidant that supports the skin’s defense against environmental stressors and is widely used in skincare formulations.

Phytosterols: Recognized for their soothing and balancing effects on the skin.

Hair Care

Safflower oil helps moisturize the scalp and supports a shinier appearance of the hair strands. It is especially suitable for dry scalp types and can be applied to the roots with a gentle massage. It may be incorporated into a weekly hair care routine.

Skin Care

A lightweight oil that is easily absorbed by the skin. It is often preferred as a balancing care oil for dry, sensitive, or oil-imbalanced skin types. Can be included in morning or evening skincare routines to help improve skin elasticity.

Eyebrow & Eyelash Care

Thanks to its nourishing structure, it may be applied to eyebrows and eyelashes. Using a clean applicator, apply a thin layer to the brow roots and lash line. With regular use, it may help achieve a healthier-looking appearance.

Massage & Body Care

Can be used alone or blended with other carrier oils in massage applications. Its light texture allows for easy spreadability and helps the skin feel softer and smoother.

Stomach–Intestinal / Sebaceous Cysts

Apart from internal use, it may be preferred topically for its skin-balancing properties. There is no traditional or well-known direct topical use specifically targeting sebaceous cysts.

Alternative Uses

Due to its light texture, it can be used as a makeup base for skin preparation.

Suitable for regular care of areas prone to roughness, such as elbows and knees.

When applied around the nails, it helps soften the cuticles and support nail care.
